When you place a book order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. This information is transferred securely from our website to our mail order system. The JIC website will not store your credit card details. We use the Stripe payment gateway to process payments. On March 9, 2016,  Business News Daily reported: “After much research and analysis we recommend Stripe as the best online credit card processor for small businesses.” Stripe is certified as PCI Service Provider One, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry.

JIC Books guarantees books purchased from this website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it, but you will be responsible for the return mailing cost. However if the return is because of an error we have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.
